Zantrex-3′s official website is really just a glorified order form with little information or anything that validates any claims to help you lose weight. All of the information that I could find on Zantrex-3 was primarily from third party websites. But from what I could find, I have no idea how Zantrex-3 lives up to its promises of extreme weight loss and energy gain. It just does not have the ingredient list to deliver on these promises.

Zantrex is large amounts of caffeine-like stimulants… Yes, you will lose weight if you are bouncing off the walls. It does repress your appetite. And depending on your stimulant tolerance, this drug will make you sick. So you will lose weight if you are vomiting uncontrollably.
Zantrex is extremely unpleasant and people have ended up in the emergency room due to its use, even as directed or less than directed… Also it can cause long-tern heart damage.

I wanted to lose weight fast for an upcoming wedding and tried Zantrex 3. The instructions say to take two capsules before each meal. I only took a half dose before meals and drank the recommended 10 oz. of water. I did lose 6 1/2 pounds in 2 days, but I returned the product to the store for a full refund. My friends, this product makes you so sick to your stomach that you may feel hungry, but you can’t stomach the thought of food. I could not sleep at night, not because I was jittery, but because the upset stomach was so severe that I felt like I was going to vomit 24/7. Even 36 hours after I stopped taking the pills, I was still severly nauseaed. I am hoping to lose some weight the old fasion way in time for the wedding. However, I will never be that desperate to lose weight as to take that product again. That was the most horrible I ever felt in my life! (and I had bronchitis and was coughing until it felt like my ribs broke)!!!!

Zantrex 3 and Zantrex 3 High Energy Fat Burner have had some pretty awful reviews. However, I have taken these products and did not have any horrible side effects. Every persons body reacts differently to different ingredients. Low tolerance for even one ingredient in a product may result in negative side effects. Personally, I am neither low nor high tolerance. I consume the dose as recommended and avoid other sources of caffiene. Each pill contains less caffiene than a grande coffee from starbucks. Now, take two pills and drink a red bull and yes, you may experience so called “jitters”. Also, when you drink the 8 – 10 oz of water (per pill), do not chug it. Drink it slowly over a period of 15-20 minutes. Also, you have to burn the energy that the product gives you so WORK OUT and you wont be bouncing off the walls. Take a walk, run, play with your kids, swim, or even clean your house. With this extreme energy you could possibly clean a friends house too (joking). Also, when taking Zantrex 3, lower your saturated and trans fat intake. The less fat you consume, the more you can burn from fat deposits you already have stored. This is not a bad product. If you have negative side effects, find a milder supplement.
