The Cleanse, or the Cleanse of Santa Fe, is a detox program that uses eastern medicine and holistic healing in order to provide its results.  Supposedly, The Cleanse will help both your digestive system and immune system to work more efficiently.

There are plenty of different colon cleansers out there on the market and almost all of them are going to help you cleans years of built up toxins out of your system.  But I am not convinced that The Cleanse is going to do that.  The eastern “holistic” approach to medicine is sometimes a good option but without a guarantee, you might be getting scammed.
