I need a belly and thigh burning pill/capsule/tablet that is all natural. Caffeine and other pills with anything that makes my heart speed up or makes me anxious is not an option for me. I understand that Acai Berry is all natural and good. Also, if it has green tea extract in it, it will also make me nervous and anxious. I take dance classes 7 days weekly, so I get my exercise. I do Zumba when I’m not dancing. This belly fat/muffin top just seems to stick on me. I do eat fruit and peanuts when I come home from dance class at night. Please recommend something that is all natural and safe for me.I would like to loose 15 lbs. I am just 5ft 2 in tall and weigh 147.4 now. I have colon cleanse and would use it but it wasn’t moving the body fat. I am very concerned about this belly fat in particular, so please let me know what’s out there. In other words, what would Dr. OZ recommend as a supplement. I see that Deca Slim has a small amount of caffeine, but even that is too much for me. I have PTSD and I need to be calm as much as possible. Thanks for all of your help. I have lost 40 lbs in 2 yrs and the last 15 is the most challenging.
