I have seen some pretty silly pieces of workout equipment but Bodyblade seems to be one of the silliest.  The thing just shakes around and you are just supposed to control it?  On the plus side, it seems pretty fun and I would like to give the Bodyblade a try, I just wish that it came with a good guarantee.
