8 Zone Review

When a celebrity advertises for a product, there must be a healthy amount of skepticism when analyzing a product.  Apolo Ohno was an American speed skater that won more medals than any other speed skater in history.  Due to his special skill, he was able to capitalize on financial opportunities.  Most athletes in the Olympics don’t make as much money as other professional athletes, and many of them are probably looking for any supplementary sources of income, especially to capitalize on the opportunity as quickly as possible following their success.

With that said, it is important to analyze a diet supplement by the contents as opposed to just the flashy advertising.  How this supplement is broken up is through three separate supplements: one for pre-workout, a post-workout, and one to take in the evening.  Each is designed to focus on making the body function properly for the desired functions of the day.

The actual supplements are pretty expensive, running around $150 for a month supply.  There are very few supplements out there that cost that much.  It is really over priced for most people, and considering the economy, most people can’t afford the costly supplements.  Also, there is a free-trial available on the website.  This is typically a huge warning sign, because they will place you on auto-ship should you fail to cancel before the end of the trial period.  Given the spotty customer service of many internet companies, beware of getting involved with companies that place you on auto-ship.

8 Zone Side Effects

How the product label is set up is straightforward, but, when analyzing it I was amazed that there are very few truly active ingredients.  All three supplements seem to be beneficial to your overall health, but, the effects on weight loss will most likely be minimal.  Seeing that there is a proprietary blend in each of the products, it is impossible to determine how each will affect your health exactly.  Though this is the case, there are a few things in the product you should be aware of:

Green Tea is a very popular ingredient.  Common side effects include sleeplessness (related to caffeine content), constipation, diarrhea, and more severe reactions include allergic reactions.

Bitter Orange Extract is another popular ingredient.  Side effects can include: increased heart rate, chest pains, blurred vision, seizures and other less serious side effects like restlessness.  Not everyone will experience all of the side effects.

Does 8 Zone work well enough to buy?

It is a very expensive product, with minimal results.  Also, it appears that it has some pretty dangerous ingredients, meaning you should consult a physician before ever consuming.  When considered, there are much better products available out there.  Be sure to do your research before every purchasing any supplement.
